Volunteers

Why do people volunteer and what do they get out of it?  When you volunteer you give of yourself to contribute to a cause, an organization or a community.  It means working with others to make a difference.  OK so there is a value to others when you volunteer but what is the WIIFME (What’s in it for me)?

Are their opportunities for you within HRA to volunteer?  You bet there are.

Engaging in activities of HRA will not only support the many initiatives that provide a benefit to our members but can assist you in gaining the skills you want to enhance your own career.  Consider joining the group of volunteers.
