The Human Resource Association has partnered with Rowan College-South Jersey (Cumberland Campus) to sponsor a SHRM Student Chapter. By joining the Student Chapter you begin your entry into the human resource profession. The student chapter provides opportunities for you to experience leadership and manage various initiatives. Members of the student chapter network with human resource professionals who are members of the HRA, the sponsoring chapter. Involvement with the student chapter and the sponsoring chapter is an entry into the world of the human resource profession. These experiences will increase knowledge, understanding and ability to execute various initiatives and functions of human resources.

Benefits of Becoming a Student Member
