Professional Development

Human Resource professionals who are members of the HRA of Southern New Jersey are encouraged to adopt a philosophy of lifelong learning and striving to constantly improve their skills and abilities.  The Chapter offers a variety of educational opportunities to achieve this goal.  These opportunities include study groups and educational courses to prepare for the HR certification exam, a book / video club, webinars, dinner meetings and workshops with professional speakers.
