Chapter Application - New Member

Membership fee is very reasonable.

• FREE for SHRM National members who designate HRA as their primary chapter (chapter of choice).  This does not preclude you from joining other chapters.  To designate chapter, if not already done, please complete the SHRM Primary Chapter Designation form below and upload it into your profile or if that doesn't work for you mail it to hrasnj.membership@gmail.com (not SHRM).  The chapter is HRA #260. 
• $25/calendar year for SHRM National members who do not wish to designate HRA as their primary chapter.
• HRA ONLY (non-SHRM members) - $55 for membership through Dec. 31 2024.  To join, https://hrasnj.shrm.org/user/register

STEP 1       Click here to complete our online membership application.  Create a User Name and Password.  

STEP 2       If you are a SHRM National member and you want to designate HRA as your primary chapter Click here to download and complete the SHRM Primary Chapter Designation Form (chapter HRA #260).  If you have already designated HRA as your primary chapter directly with SHRM, you do not have to complete this form. Upload the Chapter Designation form with your membership profile or email it to hrasnj@gmail.com.  Uploading it is preferred as it remains with your membership information.

Once membership is approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions.  When you sign in, you will have access to Member Only information, including a Membership Directory.

NOTE:  The Membership Directory is not to be used for solicitations or mass emails.  The Membership Direcory is a tool for our members to see who is a member, keep in touch with each other and reach out for others when needed.  We invite HR Service Providers/Vendors to become members of HRA and network with members and grow relationships.  Although solicitation at meeting is not acceptable, if relationships are built when a member has a need for a service / product, they may reach out to those with5in the chapter.
