Substance use in the workplace presents complex challenges for HR professionals and employers. This interactive session will walk through key legal obligations, practical policy considerations, and real-world issues surrounding drug use at work. We will cover the different types of drug testing policies, indicators of impairment, and best practices for reasonable suspicion testing. Special attention will be given to medical and recreational marijuana laws and their impact on workplace compliance.
