    Program Description

    Join this high-energy and enlightening workshop to explore how VPs, directors, and managers around the world are transforming their learning and development cultures to deliver uniquely engaging experiences from onboarding and training to engagement and meetings.     In the past 25 years, employee development has been nudged into the future with the Internet, Google, YouTube, smartphones, TikTok, COVID-19, and of course, AI. If your organization isn’t constantly rethinking the culture and strategy behind your people development practices, it’s time to get moving! Whether it's onsite or online, this session introduces a framework for transforming your culture to generate lasting results.

    This session will energize, engage, and empower you and your team to get out of your own way in order to stop practicing out-of-date strategies, sabotaging morale, and subduing your potential. 

    Learning Objectives

    • Part 1, The Demo: Participants will experience first-hand a high-energy, interactive, engaging, and fun experience that demonstrates how easy it is to shift the culture and environment of their onboarding, training, engagement, and meetings.
    • Part 2, The Debrief: Participants will take inventory of every aspect and nuance of how this experience was developed to serve as an enlightening debrief to forever change how they think about the topic.
    • Part 3, The Culture: Participants will take inventory of their organization and/or departments to set up the context, story, and details that will make the biggest impact in the culture now and for the long-term.
    • Part 4, The Framework: Participants will explore the comprehensive Experience Development Framework™ that can be used as a checklist to transform all training and development programs.
