    Employers are wondering - Can you discipline or terminate employees for off-duty marijuana usage? Can or should you test for marijuana and, if so, how should employees be tested? How must you accommodate medical marijuana usage? Should employers revisit their drug policies?

    During this seminar, we will discuss:

    • The current state of the medical and recreational marijuana laws and regulations
    • Impact of these laws on drug testing practices and procedures
    • Revisiting drug policies given the current state of the law, including addressing off-duty usage
    • How to address medical marijuana usage and medical marijuana cards in compliance with the ADA and NJLAD
    • Best practices for employers in navigating the current state of the law
