The first step is figuring out exactly how healthcare reform will impact your organization.  The 111th Congress passed the Affordable Care Act (ACA), legislation that makes sweeping changes to the U.S. healthcare system.  And, despite delays announced in June 2013, now is the time for organizations to develop a strategy to manage these changes.
