    In session, we will concentrate on the aspects of workplace change that are within your control.  As an HR professional you should embrace the change and manage your own reactions / behaviors.  Your responsibilities go deeper than that but you must master your ability to be change resilient before you can help the organization and employees manage and adapt to change.  Learn how you can adapt to change and how to implement a change management strategy addressing a specific organizational need.
