From EI to AI: The critical role emotional intelligence plays in fueling leadership and workplace success
Program Description
The ability to navigate emotions—both our own and those of others—has never been more essential in the workplace. Yet, the pressures of remote work, increased reliance on digital communication, and the constant demand for rapid decision-making have contributed to a noticeable decline in the application of Emotional Intelligence (EI) across organizations. This session will explore the ways PMA is helping organizations use EI to transform the way they lead, manage, and interact in professional settings. We will also explore key root causes of rising workplace conflicts, decreased engagement, and lower team satisfaction.
Our program will highlight real-world scenarios, where the absence of EI principles led to complications, and more importantly, how prioritizing EI can reverse these trends, leading to more cohesive teams and stronger, more empathetic leadership.
This session goes beyond theory, offering practical strategies and tools that you can immediately apply to your leadership approach. As a special highlight, we’ll demonstrate how innovative AI tools like ChatGPT can seamlessly integrate into your daily practices, empowering you to execute EI techniques more effectively and elevate your interactions. If you or your colleagues are looking for ways to enhance team dynamics, improve manager satisfaction scores, or simply navigate the complexities of modern workplace relationships, this session will provide you with important resources and strategies.
