    Speaker: Nicole Greer (Vibrant Coaching)

Our future depends on our future leaders! In “How to Build Gen Z Leaders,” Nicole Greer offers strategies, systems and smarts to Build a Vibrant Culture. Pew research categorizes Generation Z—better known as Gen Z—as including any individual born after 1997. Gen Z is the youngest, most ethnically-diverse, and largest generation in American history, comprising 27% of the population or 72 million individuals. They grew up with a cell phone starting at the age of 12, live connected to the internet, and spend their social media time on TikTok. Most importantly, they consider themselves more open minded and curious than previous generations. Let’s use this mindset to mentor this generation into VIBRANT leaders!

Your Gen Z leaders want to feel joy in their work. Can you blame them? They want a mission, purpose, and fulfillment. You can help them reach their full potential by instilling a growth mindset that helps them Get L.I.T.  Nicole will help us to:

L:  Lead Gen Zs to Clarity

I:  Integrate Integrity into their Behaviors

T:  Transform the Ordinary into the Extra-Ordinary
