Employees in America are among the most stressed in the world, according to Gallup’s 2022 State of the Global Workplace report. Stress is a contributing factor to illness, absenteeism, employee disengagement, and workplace friction. We’re experiencing a time when stress and uncertainty has never been higher and attracting and retaining top talent is a major concern for HR professionals. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn why creating a culture of mental and emotional wellness is critical to improving employee engagement and satisfaction. They’ll also discover simple ways to immediately improve employee wellness. This workshop includes a comprehensive Success Workbook so participants can refer back to the content as often as necessary. As a special gift, participants will also receive a “Reduce Stress” hypnosis audio to support their overall mental, emotional, and physical wellness.
Learning Objectives:
In this workshop, participants will:
- learn why creating a culture of mental and emotional wellness is becoming the best kept secret for high performing organizations and healthy, engaged employees.
- understand how mental and emotional wellness improves focus, resiliency, and empathy so employees are healthier, more engaged, and more connected to one another and their work.
- experience two simple strategies for rapidly reducing stress and anxiety so as to work from a state of calm, connection, and creativity.
- Discover how to bring mental and emotional wellness to your employees so they’re happier, healthier and fully engaged at work (this will drastically reduce healthcare costs, too!)
