    Dear HRA Members,

    We will conduct a base wage survey for hourly employees in  August.  Participation will encompass employers across Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, and Atlantic counties.  All survey data will be treated confidentially with no individual companies identified or mention in the survey results.  Participating employers will receive a complimentary survey, and all other employers will pay a nominal fee.

    The survey will cover three hourly skillsets – Entry/Unskilled; Operative/Semiskilled; and Craft/Skilled.  The goal is to gather more data by striking the right balance between the value of the information collected and the time required to gather that information.  We look to more broadly inform recipients of the general wage levels across each skill level to drive internal decisions on the competitiveness of their structure and approach.  Finally, we will gather information on talent acquisition incentives, talent retention incentives, and various types of differentials.

    We plan to distribute the survey in August time frame and have date available to share in Q4 of 2021.  If you are interested in participating, please register on the the link.
