    COVID-19 continues to complicate employment.  The number of cases continues to rise and a vaccine is still being developed. 

    In addition, the FFCRA is set to expire on December 31, 2020, and has not been expanded.  This virtual discussion will highlight the importance of developing COVID-19 policies, the importance of staying on top of the courts and recent COVID-19 decisions, what a vaccine means for the workplace, and what you should do in anticipation of the FFCRA expiring.  

    Attendees will leave with an understanding of how written COVID-19 policies can help protect the employer:

    • in the event of future litigation;
    • how and when to change course if a court decision results in new guidance;
    • the limits of requiring employee vaccinations and
    • what leave remains available to employees if the FFCRA expires.
