The Talent Shortage –
The talent shortage is one concern that should be on the forefront of every business leader's mind. We'll take a look at our most recent data for a little more context around where the shortages are, but more importantly, what companies are doing to overcome those challenges. The presentation will cover strategies and specific examples of what can be doing in the current employment market. And, we'll ask the audience to think about the future of hiring in a new way. It will challenge long held misconceptions one should expect to walk away with 3-5 big ideas that can be implemented immediately to help overcome their own talent shortages.
This workshop will also address why retention of talent is becoming more of an issue for companies. The new generations have different expectations than we have been prepared to address. Two panels, one of HR professionals and one of current candidates, will help us explore issues and solutions. What do we need to do to create a culture and conditions that will retain top talent.
