    This workshop will cover prevention, intervention and response that will highlight trends and industry best practices in preventing violence in the workplace, preparing for, responding to and recovering from an active shooter event.  The workshop will have two parts:  Prevention – how to avoid volatile situations and then intervention – what to do when something happens.  Excellent information for the Human Resource Professionals and managers/supervisors.
