    Description::

    Annually, Innovative consultant Ryan Kastner travels to Washington D.C. for The National Association of Health Underwriters Capitol Conference. At this conference, Ryan has an opportunity to hear from and speak with legislators about future provisions which affect Employer Health Plans and Retirement Plans. Ryan will present a comprehensive presentation detailing updates from discussions with lawmakers, what employers can do to prepare for changes, and policies they can implement to reduce risk.
    Learning Objectives:
    -Understand legislation (current, pending & future) in healthcare, compensation, and retirement
    -Learn actionable strategies and initiatives which can be implemented to reduce risk and increase efficiencies
