    Speaker:    Richard Hohmann, Senior Consultant/Vice President for Innovative Leadership of the Delaware Valley, LLC.

    Description:         The success of recruiting the right candidate can be improved through a variety of assessment instruments.  Mr. Hohmann will explore where and how assessment tools can be used.  He will also discuss how to choose the right tool, the benefits of using such instruments and the legality of conducting assessment tests.
