Creating Work-Life Balance Using the Dimensions of Wellness
Abstract
Achieving work-life balance is a common goal for many individuals, but it can be challenging if one is unsure of the areas of wellness that need attention. In this interactive presentation, attendees will be introduced to the eight Dimensions of Wellness, which are research-based, areas that contribute to a fulfilling and balanced life. By understanding and addressing these dimensions, individuals can develop strategies to enhance their overall well-being and create a more harmonious work-life balance.
Learning Objectives
Each participant will complete a self-assessment exercise during which they will...
- self-reflect on their current status in each dimension of wellness.
- identify how well they are in each dimension of wellness.
- determine areas for improvement.
- develop an action plan to address one of those areas.
