Trauma Sensitive Leadership: Creating More Compassionate Workplaces
Every leader wants healthy people in their workforce. But what do you do when you or your team are overworked, stressed, and non-productive? Individual resiliency is important, but it’s not the true foundation for a supportive and successful work environment. This keynote offers a guide for validating difficult experiences and creating a compassionate workplace to intentionally reduce stressors and foster engagement. Manya illuminates new perspectives on the role of leadership and the importance of paying attention to what matters to people’s lives.
