What the attendees will learn about:

This includes learning the reasons traditional performance management doesn’t work while also becoming familiar with the ways in which we can fundamentally change the way we manage our people in order to build better programs, drive a more engaging organizational culture, and more effectively achieve the desired business outcomes. Attendees will leave understanding the framework and key steps for how to develop a modern performance management program tailored to their organization. Finally, concepts and considerations will be shared to help participants consider how to engage and educate others in their organization for better adoption and sustainable impact.
Bonus Tool participants take back to the workplace:
Tamra will provide attendees with a web-based tool that allows organizations to consider how well their current performance management program is working, guides them to identify what's most important to their future program, and help them get a clear picture of the gaps between the two.
