Taking Flight with DISC Certification

If you’re like most facilitators, you want you to immediately capture the attention of your training participants…and you want to keep it! If so, the Taking Flight with DISC certification was designed with that in mind.

The Taking Flight with DISC certification will provide you with everything you need to know about leading a successful DISC session, including:

•  Learning about the history and theoretical foundation of the DISC styles
•  Interpretting DISC profile graphs
•  Understanding the four styles and learning how to apply them in everyday situations
•  Integrating the Taking Flight birds to deepen the DISC experience
•  Facilitating Taking Flight exercises to engage participants
•  Applying DISC in a variety of settings, including: Coaching, conflict management, customer service training,       leadership development, sales training, diversity training,  hiring, M&A, mentoring, new employee orientation, on‐boarding, creating performance improvement plans, and team building.
•  Utilizing the Taking Flight Facilitator Kit

Upon completion of the Taking Flight with DISC certification, trainers will be ready to Take Flight with the power of DISC!

HRCI Credit Approval

This program has been approved for 6 (General ) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
