During this workshop, Adam will be equipping audience members with the mindset and tools to handle difficult people and navigate conflict with confidence, boosting both their influence and well-being. Through the power of self-deprecating humor, storytelling, and masterful communication techniques, Adam will guide participants to uncover what’s been holding them back and help them chart a clear path forward. With interactive mini-breakouts woven throughout, attendees don’t just listen—they gain real skills to mend, bridge, and transform the relationships that matter most.

    ·

Adam's speaking is rooted in the themes of his book Character Evolution and covers key topics such as:

    • Self-Care: Understanding the importance of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
    • Empathy & Connections: Building strong, meaningful relationships through active listening and understanding.
    • Relationship Building: Strengthening culture through positive interactions.
    • Dealing with Frustrations & Forgiveness: Learning to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and move forward productively.
