Program Description
This seminar will introduce the fundamentals of understanding datasets, data structure, and data integrity for HR professionals. Familiarizing yourself with these basic concepts will allow the professionals to analyze, manipulate, and produce visual presentations of their data in a storytelling format. This begins the journey toward business intelligence analytical reporting to empower HR leaders with the data needed to produce effective decision-making choices.
