    Description:

    The legalization of marijuana requires employers to re-think their workplace policies. This program will discuss how employers should navigate marijuana use by employees and policies and procedures that should be amended or adopted in light of the new law. 

    In particular, this program will look at the prior New Jersey legislation legalizing medical marijuana, take a detailed look into the pertinent provisions of the new legislation that legalizes recreational marijuana, and discuss what is required by employers under the new legislation, and the practical impact of this new legislation on existing policies and procedures.
