    Recent pay equity activity leave companies looking for a clear understanding of what to do in light of new requirements. Whether it’s OFCCP or EEOC enforcement efforts, or other internal or external pressures, companies today need sound pay equity practices to prevent pay-related issues in the workplace. This presentation offers guidance on the analysis of compensation data and tips on how to employ best practices in fair pay. 

    Presentation covers:

    • How recent fair pay legislation impacts organizations
    • How to proactively identify and address pay inequity
    • Best practices for managing fair pay requirements

    Insight into a complete pay equity review includes the following:

    • Statistical significance tests, including t-tests, Fisher’s Exact, or Rank Sum
    • Cohort analysis
    • Multiple regression analysis
    • Statistical cohort analysis
    • Expert interpretation of results
    • Recommendations for further statistical analysis
