     Description:

    Alternative Dispute Resolution – a practical guide to Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation. 

    This presentation will provide an overview of the arbitration and mediation process, focusing on strategies for successfully preparing for each path to a resolution.  It will also provide a practical guide to negotiation, which will help HR professionals when mediating workplace issues.  These negotiation strategies and tips will also be helpful when negotiating outside of the workplace.
