Corporate Wellness
Each year more employers are enacting corporate wellness programs in hopes of maintaining a happy and healthy workforce as well as containing rising healthcare costs. While there are many advantages to these programs, there has also been a lot of scrutiny around their legality and return on investment. Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Ryan Kastner, will take attendees through:
- Recent regulations & lawsuits surrounding Corporate Wellness Programs
- Different types of programs
o Basic Wellness Programs
o Results Based Plan Designs
- Remaining compliant with HIPAA, GINA, & the ADA
- Utilizing analytics on employee data and targeting illnesses
- ROI & productivity results
- The future of wellness & increase in prescription drug costs
Attendees can expect to leave the program with a firm understanding of the above topics.
SPECIAL REQUEST: Please support our Code Blue initiative. At March meeting, we will be collecting gentle used or new coats, hats, scarfs, gloves, socks or any items to help keep the homeless work. HRA is committed to helping our community as well as our members. We need YOUR help.
