Building Championship Teams
As teams grow and shift, individuals sometimes feel unsure about their role on the team. Hard working teams often find it challenging to achieve the results they deserve when everyone is not on the same page. Building Championship Teams creates opportunities for teams member, contributors and leaders to concentrate on engagement and collaboration.
This program is helpful to human resource professionals who function as strategic consultants to their internal customers as it provides them with tools and processes they can use to identify and address sources of team dysfunction. HR professionals will also be able to help teams celebrate their achievements and uncover opportunities to improve the performance of team members or team leaders.
Implementation of the tools gained from Building Championship Teams will:
· Increase a team’s productivity
· Reduce harmful conflict amongst team members
· Lead to a higher team “IQ”
· Develop a stronger buy-in to the team’s mission
· Heighten the team experience for team members and team leaders
