Governor Murphy signed a new law which amends the NJ Paid Family Leave Insurance Law, as well as the NJ Family Leave and NJ Safe Act.    

Who We Are

HRA is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Whether you are new to the HR field or have many years of experience, we are your starting point for networking, information, professional development and continued support of excellence in Human Resources.

If you are not already an HRA member, we encourage you to JOIN and take advantage of all the benefits that membership offers.  We welcome your use of this site as a resource and suggest you to check back frequently for updated information. We also encourage your involvement and suggestions about all of our activities,

We meet the third Thursday of each month (Sept through Nov. and Jan. through June).  In December we host a Holiday Social.  In addition to monthly meetings, we host Breakfast Roundtables, Webinars, Book Club, Study Group, and other educational and networking events.
