Rehire email

    I am looking to create a letter / email to past employees who have left in good standing (after 6 mos) to see if they would be interested in rejoining the company.  Does anyone do anything like this today?

    There is nothing wrong with doing this.  Suggest you define the criteria carefully as to eligibility to receive a rehire letter.  Ensure that criteria will actually produce an offer or carefully word letter so it is simply an invitation for them to re-apply and be "considered" for job opportunities for which they meet the minimum qualifications.
