EEOC to Collect Wage Information with EEO1 Reports

    It's no longer a proposal.  EEOC announced today that starting with the next EE01 filing companies with 100 or more employees will have to provide compensation information by EEOC Job Group by wage ranges and by gender and race.  

    Some good news!  The next filing date will be March 2018 (not Sept 2017).  That is so you can pull wages earned from the W2 processing.  Now you have to go to the payroll as well as your HR system.
