    Presentation Summary

    Gone are the days where remote work was seen as a luxury:  the remote workforce is here to stay. This mindset change has created challenges and opportunities for employers especially in this candidate driven market. Employers are scrambling to stay ahead in the war for talent by closely examining their hiring practices. One area that deserves immediate improvement is the candidate experience. In this session, participants will learn how to design unique talent acquisition processes focused on their workforce, create impactful candidate experiences, and gain an edge in recruitment.

    • learn to take a holistic view of their organization to define and develop a talent acquisition process
    • enhance their candidate touch points and recruitment structure to streamline the candidate
