HRA Professional Excellence Award

HRA of Southern New Jersey believes that human resource professionals play a critical role in both determining the strategic direction of organizations in the area and in the education of the HR professionals. The HRA of Southern New Jersey recognizes members who represent the best in the Human Resources profession. Through recognition of the best, the chapter encourages its members to excel in the profession and to learn from those who are leaders in the field. Nominations for the HR Professional Excellence Award will be open until May (specific date to be announced).

The candidates nominated (can self-nominate or be nominated by a colleague) should posses the following characteristics:

• Is a proven strategic business partner with their company and/or has displayed a positive impact on the company
• Teaching, contributions, and educating in the field of Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of the complete Human Resources field
• Represents HRA in Southern New Jersey
